We absolutely love traditional film festivals. There is nothing quite like the raw energy of running across town to catch a midnight screening, grabbing quick street food between blocks, and coming home with a bag full of merch and a completely empty wallet. We still go to them, we still have a blast, and we still leave beautifully broke every single time.
