THE DELIVERANCE and CABIN IN THE WOODS RETREATS

Welcome to the Cabin.

To ensure everyone's stay both at the cabin and on the trail will be enjoyable, comfortable, and most of all safe, by purchasing either Deliverance or a Cabin In The Woods Horror Retreat Package you are agreeing to adhere to the following rules, waivers, and releases.

Please read through them BEFORE purchasing a package so there is no misunderstanding.

DELIVERANCE HORROR RETREAT

ALL DELIVERANCE GUESTS MUST REMAIN SOBER WHILE OUT ON THE TRAIL.

Alcohol, drugs (recreational or otherwise), and/or any other substance that will interfere with your ability to remain alert, or disrupts coordination, or causes you to become unbalanced on flat or uneven terrain, or encourages unnecessary risk-taking are strictly prohibited.

Hiking isn't just a walk in the park. While the hikes selected are considered easy/beginner friendly, there is still a possibility that we will be walking over loose rocks, winding, uneven terrain, and wildlife sightings could be likely. There are more people on the trails in the summer, so it is imperative to be as present and alert as possible.

IT IS ILLEGAL TO DISCHARGE A FIREARM ACROSS, IN, OR INTO ANY WASHINGTON STATE PARK

Tickets are non-refundable.

If you are flying into the state please rent a car, our public transportation isn’t world class and getting to the woods from the airport is at least 45 minute drive in any direction.

Tickets are non-refundable.

This is an Airbnb property. The cabin is densely surrounded by woods, and the owner requires that we remove our shoes before coming in and leave them by the door, so bring some slippers or plenty of socks.

Bedroom1 has a queen sized beds, Bedroom 2 has room 1 king sized bed and 1 double size bed, and there is one couch in the common space.

Rooms are on a first come first serve basis.

This is a coed event so please bring appropriate sleeping clothes.

Tickets are non-refundable.

CABIN IN THE WOODS RETREAT

**To preserve the integrity of the judging process, filmmakers who have a film that has been officially selected for this festival will be prohibited from purchasing a Cabin Package**

Tickets are non-refundable

ALL CABIN GUESTS MUST REMAIN SOBER WHILE STAYING AT THE CABIN.

Alcohol, drugs (recreational or otherwise), and/or any other substance that will interfere with your ability to judge with a clear and sound mind, or could cause disruption of safety to other guest or the destruction of property are strictly prohibited.

The judging schedule is much more stringent than the relaxed self-paced schedule at the theater.

Filmmakers pour their sweat, blood, and tears into their films. Sweating, bleeding, and crying by their sides are entire production teams, some, who are volunteering their time.

Film judges owe filmmakers our undivided attention. There is no way for a person to effectively judge a short horror film if they miss the 1st 3 minutes of the movie.

As a Cabin Guess you will not have the luxury of strolling in late or deciding that there’s a particular movie you don’t want to watch.

By purchasing a Cabin Package you’ve agreed that you will watch all of the films in their entirely, and then cast your vote.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The use of Tabaco and vaping products are prohibited inside the cabin and within 10 feet in front of any door, window, or vent opening. The designated smoking area is at the firepit.

NO GUNS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES.

The food provided at the cabin is the type of food you would expect to eat on a weekend camping getaway carnivore and herbivore foods will be available, however if you have special dietary needs you are welcome to bring your own cooler.

In between the judging schedule and group actives, you will have the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas, take a dip or fish in the lake, roast marshmallows by the fire or simply relax. There is no lifeguard at the lake, swim at your own risk.

Tickets are non-refundable.
